Explore your existential questions via psychedelic care
My name is Kevin Fox - nice to meet you.
I support people with life-threatening illnesses to explore existential questions and find spiritual relief, with or without doctor-prescribed THC cannabis at recommended doses.
Your concerns. Your medicine. My care.
Psychedelic-assisted Therapy
A high percentage of individuals diagnosed with a life-threatening disease face existential concerns which are spiritual in nature. Psychedelic-assisted therapy is a means to address such questions.
In psychedelic-assisted therapy, one of the following compounds containing psychoactive properties is typically administered: Psilocybin, MDMA, LSD, DMT or Ketamine. There are difficulties to this model, where almost all compounds, with the exception of Ketamine, are classified as highly prohibited narcotics in many countries. This makes it challenging to access therapy with these medicines.
THC-assisted Care
THC, a cannabinoid in Cannabis, also has psychoactive properties. Cannabis is legally available in many countries, particularly as a prescription medication to alleviate a variety of ailments. The high acceptance by both the medical and patient communities, its well-researched medical properties and its legal status, make it a strong candidate for use on a broad-scale in psychedelic-assisted care: a change in set (focus on spiritual care) and setting (the space where it is normally applied) produces a different outcome than the prescribed intent.
My experience in holding healing sessions with self-applied THC demonstrates that even low doses can induce a light psychoactive state, enough to allow participants to by-pass ‘normal’ thought patterns and see aspects of their lives from different perspectives. Sometimes the effects are immediate, sometimes they take time to root and blossom.
In the course of my work, I accompanied a terminal cancer patient to look at life through the lens of psychedelic care – applying prescribed THC at the doctor-recommended dosage. The outcome was inspiring, and my attention was brought to palliative care. I completed a basic course, with an interest in spiritual care and the potential to apply THC in addressing spiritual stress.
My Service
My space is open to people who wish to explore existential questions, particularly those diagnosed with a life-threatening disease. Via psychedelic care, I guide people in their processes:
- Initial 1 hour discussion by phone,
- 4-5 hour session at my practice,
- Follow-up integration by phone, a few days after the session.
Additional 1-2 sessions are suggested.
A session typically includes guided meditation, dialogue and music (pre-recorded and live).
In preparation for a session, I ask participants to reduce, or if possible to stop, three days in advance their consumption of meat, alcohol, caffeine, tobacco, sugar, processed food and, most importantly social media (videos, movies, news, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). This reduction of external elements helps to center senses inwards and to more clearly open the inner voice.
My broader intent is to share, and train, other practitioners on the work with THC, so that THC may be established as one of the leading psychoactive substances for care among those diagnosed with a life-threatening disease and unmet spiritual needs.
Please contact me for a free initial, confidential consultation. A pre-screen form will be provided to allow me to more closely understand your situation.
The price of a first session, including preparation and follow-up, is CHF 800. Follow-up sessions are CHF 400. The costs are not covered by health insurance.
I look forward to sharing this space with you and offering care on your life journey.
My (Healing) Background
My career began with an MBA in international finance. I have worked as a finance professional for over 35 years, in Switzerland and Russia, as an employee and, for the most part, as a freelance manager for a wide-range of companies and industries.
Due to burn-out from working in Russia in the early 1990’s, I began a path of self-healing to address the chronic depression and pain I was experiencing. I worked with a number of methods, where a simple shamanic practice provided the cornerstone of my healing.
In the course of this healing process, I addressed existential questions. This led me to complete a Masters in Sustainable Development (focus on sustainable agriculture and sustainable investing), followed by teaching a master-level course on Sustainable Corporate Finance and leading the chapter of an angel-investing community, focus on impact investing.
A life-changing event in 2013 brought me again to look at pain in life, existential questions and deep(er) self-healing. I began the (continuing) work with a number of Indigenous tribes and healing practices. This allowed me to experience the most profound healing in my life.
I have been holding healing space for over 7 years, with and without self-applied THC, as there are many methods to induce an extraordinary perception of reality without the use of medicines. This work opened the door for me to offer an end-of-life psychedelic care session, leading to the completion of a basic degree in palliative care with the Swiss Red Cross. Since November 2025, I volunteer my time in palliative care at Adullam Care Center, Basel.
I currently pursue training as an end-of-life doula, via EOLPC.org; deepening my knowledge of frameworks, and safety, in psychedelic-assisted care settings, via ICEERS and the Spirit Pharmacist; exploring indigenous healing practices; and training in the Swiss MedModul 1a, as a first step to become EMR-accredited for Swiss health insurance.
I am a certified fitness and light contact boxing instructor, holding regular classes.
